Custom Shopify Themes

So you’re all set to set up your Shopify store. You’ve got 2,000 t-shirts or mobile phones or beaded purses taking up the space where your car used to be and you’re ready to start making money.
What now?
Now you need a designer. If you’ve been paying attention, you’ll know there are more designers out there than grains in a bag of rice. Of course I want you to pick me, but why do you want to pick me?
I get that you’re not a coder.
We all know the world is divided into two types of people: coders, and non-coders. You’re one of the non-coders. Maybe you’re an artsy type and you need someone to turn your beautiful designs into beautiful code. Maybe you wouldn’t know a beautiful design if you fell over it. Either way, I will speak English to you. I will not throw a bunch of weird acronyms in your face and then laugh when your eyes glaze over.
I will make it beautiful.
I’m guessing that whatever it is you’re selling, you didn’t close your eyes and pick it out of a catalog. You want your page to represent what you have to offer so perfectly that people will be tripping over their index fingers to click “Buy now.” I will make it beautiful.
Even better, I will make it usable.
What a lot of non-techie types don’t realize is that depending on a lot of factors, including your internet connection and the browser you’re running, the page that looks so great on your screen looks, well, not so great on everybody else’s. I use CSS and XHTML to make your page work everywhere. Your page will be just as gorgeous on pretty much every computer out there. Even your crazy Uncle Wilfred’s, who insists on keeping dial-up. I will make it usable.
Joshua Clanton — Beautiful and Usable. Isn’t that nice?
